First Kluwek Event

Kluwek or Kelompok Linux Cewek Indonesia / Indonesia Women Linux Group held their first event on 26 April 2008. They held a seminar about Linux Introduction for students and non-students in President University, Cikarang.

Mr. Rusmanto from YPLI and InfoLinux gave the presentation about the Introduction of Linux. He use BlankOn 2 for demonstration.
Followed by Mr. Onno W. Purbo that gave presentation how to blocked unappropriated website using several methods. He also asked some of audiences to try installing Linux to show the audiences that it is not difficult to install Linux. For this, he uses different variants of Ubuntu. After the selected audiences finished installing Ubuntu, they can keep the CD
